Becoming an accredited 3Ps® trainer is simple and is available to managers as well as trainers in other fields. Here’s a cross section of people in the business world who might consider becoming accredited:

Accreditation is available to both in-house and freelance trainers as well as team managers who wish to work with their team to improve personal performance. The connection is different if you work in an organisation or if you work on a freelance basis but the impact on the individual is similar.

If you work for an organisation, it is a cost effective way to have your own accredited facilitators because the company is using internal people to their full potential at the same time as developing your people and improving performance.

If you are a freelance trainer then 3Ps® accreditation offers you a tool to improve the impact of your intervention and to develop your own freelance business.

The process to become accredited and to access the 3Ps® questionnaire is as follows:

To register your interest with Bluehat UK
To agree to abide by the 3Ps® Terms and Conditions as a licensee
To attend a 3Ps® accreditation seminar
To hold an annual accreditation license

There are a number of open and internal accrediation seminars available. The open seminars happen accross the UK and are suitable for freelance consultants/coaches/trainers and for companies with a small number of internal coaches/trainers/advisers.

Internal seminars are only suitable for companies with at least 10 coaches/trainers/advisers and are normally delivered on site at your organisation.
